Refund policy

Sorry, we do not offer refunds. However, we have a 30-day  exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you may contact us at caymanscrubs@gmail.com. In the email, provide details of your address, contact number, which color or size you would like to get within the same brand as the original item and attach the receipt. 

A delivery driver will come to the address you provided. Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an updated receipt. You will only be able to exchange an item within the same brand so that the prices will remain the same.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue immediately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
